• Eligible children - Born between : 1st July 2022 to 31st December 2023.
• System will not accept incomplete form.
• The date of birth eligibility criteria must be strictly followed, no other date will be accepted.
Office requirements:

• The following documents need to be uploaded:
• 1.Birth certificate – from the Municipal Corporation (Original + Xerox copy)
• 2. Address proof (Anyone) : (Electricity bill, Aadhar card, parents name)
• 3. Rental agreement, Society letter
• 4. Recent Photo of the child (Passport size)
• 5.Baptismal certificate (for Christians only).
• 6. Recent progress report card (Xerox copy) of the sibling studying in St. Jerome Convent High School.
• If the child is below and above the prescribed age even for a day, registration will not be Possible.
• Registration does not guarantee admission.
• The admission will depend upon the availability of the seats.
• Both the Parents and the child have to be present during the time of Document Verification
• Parents are strictly advised to abide by the given dates
